1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Yubnal AI (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
To use Yubnal AI, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 13 years of age
- You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- You are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Yubnal AI to:
- Create content that promotes violence, hate, discrimination, or illegal activity
- Upload images of individuals without their lawful consent
- Create misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content
- Infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the rendering engines
- Use automated bots, scripts, or scrapers to access the Platform
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or degrades the service
5. Subscription & Billing
- Free Plan: Limited to 30 credits per month with basic features
- Pro Plan: 500 credits per month, all premium styles, editor, and priority processing
- Subscriptions do not renew automatically. You must manually renew your plan at the end of your billing cycle to maintain access to premium features and credits.
- All payments and subscriptions are processed securely by our authorized payment processors (Merchant of Record). We do not store any payment card information on our servers.
- Refund Policy: Because Yubnal AI relies on cloud rendering that incurs direct and immediate server costs, all purchases are strictly non-refundable once credits have been used. Refunds may only be issued at our sole discretion in cases of technical billing errors.
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days written notice
6. Content Ownership
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you retain your rights in content you create using Yubnal AI. By using the Platform, you grant Yubnal AI a limited, worldwide license to process your content solely as necessary to provide, secure, and operate the service.
7. Service Level
- We strive for 99.9% platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions, delays, or errors
- We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice
- In case of emergency maintenance, we will restore service as quickly as possible
- Rendering times may vary based on server load and complexity
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yubnal AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
- You may terminate your account at any time through the Settings page
- We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these Terms
- Upon termination, your access to the Platform and any remaining credits will be revoked
- We reserve the right to delete your processed designs, reference images, and account data upon termination without guaranteeing a retention or data-export period.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
