• Payment information is processed securely by our authorized payment provider, our Merchant of Record. We never store your full payment card details on our servers.

• To provide and improve automated thumbnail creation
• To process cloud rendering requests and return processed designs
• To manage your account and subscription

• To analyze usage patterns and improve the platform

3. Cloud Processing

Yubnal AI does not use your submitted prompts, reference images, or processed designs to train proprietary algorithms. However, we use third-party rendering engines (such as Fal AI) to deliver the service. These processors process your content solely to render the requested output in accordance with their strict data-processing agreements.

4. Data Storage & Security

We prioritize your security by leveraging industry-leading infrastructure. Our database provider (Supabase) provides encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3), along with robust Row Level Security (RLS) and access controls to ensure your data is strictly isolated. Supabase maintains comprehensive security compliance, including SOC 2 Type II certifications.

5. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to operate Yubnal AI securely, including:

• Supabase: For database hosting, secure authentication, and cloud storage.
• Fal AI: For processing image render requests.
• Payment Processors: Our authorized payment processors for subscription management and secure global payment processing. They act as our Merchant of Record for all transactions to ensure strict PCI compliance.

6. Data Retention

Our data retention system works as follows:

• Active Accounts: Your data (including processed designs) is retained as long as your account is active.
• User Deletion: If you delete a thumbnail or project from your dashboard, it is immediately deleted from our active storage.
• Account Deletion: Upon deleting your account, all associated data is removed from our active databases. Deleted data may remain in encrypted provider backups for up to 30 days before being automatically purged.

7. Your Rights

Under applicable data protection laws, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and associated data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Object to processing for legitimate interests

8. Cookies
