You may not use Yubnal AI to create, upload, or share content that is:

• Violent or Extremist: Content that promotes violence, terrorism, or depicts graphic harm.
• Non-consensual Intimate Imagery: Sexually explicit content or deepfakes created without the explicit consent of the individuals depicted.
• Child Exploitation: Any content that exploits or harms minors in any way.
• Harassment and Hate Speech: Content intended to harass, bully, or promote hatred against individuals or groups based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.

3. Copyright and Intellectual Property

You must not use Yubnal AI to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others. This includes uploading copyrighted reference images or explicitly instructing the platform to render exact copies of protected works without authorization.

4. Fraud, Deception, and Impersonation

You agree not to use the platform for deceptive purposes, including but not limited to:

• Creating content for scams, phishing, or fraudulent schemes.
• We strictly prohibit the creation of deepfakes, non-consensual imagery, or celebrity impersonations.
• Impersonating real individuals, brands, or organizations to mislead the public.

5. System Abuse

To ensure fair access for all users, you must not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our design engine or backend architecture.
• Use automated bots, scripts, or scrapers to access the service or create content in bulk.
• Exploit bugs, bypass security controls, or artificially inflate your credit balance.
• Engage in API abuse or any activity that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

6. Enforcement

We monitor usage for compliance with this policy. If we detect a violation, we may take action without prior notice, including removing the offending content, suspending your account, terminating your subscription, and reporting severe violations (such as child exploitation) to law enforcement authorities.

7. Appeals

If you believe your account was wrongly suspended or content was incorrectly removed, you may submit an appeal by contacting us through our support form. Please include your account email and a clear explanation of why you believe the action was taken in error. We will review all appeals within 5 business days.
